CANINE presents Scruff!

Scruff is the featured dog of CANINE for the month of May! This classy dog has made his way into the spotlight in a new film called

"A Dog's Life"

He is an actor and a food critic.

He now plays the part of Scruffy in the new movie.

Movie is in theaters July 18th

He is accompanied by his job titles, his introduction, announcement of the movie, and his quote on the right column. He also is given his funny presentation along with his name.

Scruff is Leah's dog. She gave a sightly edited photo of him to use for CANINE magazine. I have been loving to post both cats and dogs now and really like the creative flow of graphic design for all of them. I feel really really accomplished in making all of them. This is surely a series that I have enjoyed doing a lot that lets me explore how professional magazines are made and how they look in the end result. I love messing with fonts and how different ways a font is picked or messed with portrays different ideas and meanings. These designs feel natural and easy to make after doing so many of them. I love being able to know that I can do this type of professional work and actually make it look GOOD. I hope to keep making these because I'd love this on my future portfolio.
