Apple Scene

My experience with this project was definitely not what I thought it was going to be based on events that happened. When coming into this project I thought I was going to be fine with materials and time management to get this project done well and on time. I started the project with trying to go as far as I could without a mouse because it had run out of battery. I quickly ran into where I needed it and Leah let me use her extra mouse. That problem was the smallest among what was to come. I took my time with Blender making sure I could do things correctly.

I worked steadily with Blender when I could, I ran into a problem with the cloth on my first tries when using animation with collision objects. The cloth had gone straight through the floor. I quickly searched how to fix it and fixed it with turning off the one sided feature. When I edited the cloth to look more natural, I ran into another problem of it not falling after I made the edits. Leah helped me and ended up

making a whole new cloth. After that things went smoothly, until the situation with my computer happened.

I debated on what to do and ended up settling with the mac labs to restart the project from scratch. I finished a week and halves worth of work in 4 days. I spent hours in the lab to the point it felt like I was living there. I wanted to get to at least where everything had a texture and I could make a scene even if it wasn’t “the scene” that was the result of the tutorial. Once I started working in the mac lab I didn’t run into problems as much that I couldn’t figure out myself or worked around by experimentation. The only problem was just the race against time of how much I could get done with the circumstances at hand and how fast the tutorial went through things. I had to repeatedly go back and forth again and again just to figure out what he was instructing me to do. Overall the project went well. It was mostly every other outside force that gave me a hard time.
